Job Profile:
This position is responsible for liquidity and cash management, fund management, investment portfolio management, execution of funding lines, and duties related to ALCO and Investment Committee meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university specializing in Business Management, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- Diploma in Treasury Operations (Certificate Program in Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations is mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of treasury functions, financial market operations, and liquidity management.
- Sound understanding of banking regulations, guidelines, and policies related to Treasury and Asset & Liability Management (ALM).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to drive performance and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver business objectives.
