Junior Executive – Sustainable Banking

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Bank’s Sustainability, ESG and Sustainable Banking initiatives. The role includes coordinating Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) activities, assisting with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, capacity-building programs, and supporting sustainable finance and CSR initiatives under the guidance of senior officers.

Candidate Profile:

• A Degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / Institute.
  Or
  Qualified in G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 simple passes for main subjects and credit passes for English & Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking Sector.
  Or
  Minimum of one-year service in the grade of Banking Associate with the qualification in IABF (Old syllabus) or DBF (New syllabus) or diploma (Min one-year course) in a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, and responsible banking concepts.
• Familiarity with Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) frameworks is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data management tools.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and time management skills.
