Job Profile:
This position is responsible for profitably managing and growing the overall portfolio of SME by identifying business opportunities, depending customer engagement, and providing suitable banking solutions. The role involves with understanding each customer’s financial requirements, coordinating lending, deposit, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The selected candidates will also be expected to support portfolio growth while maintaining service quality, compliance standards, and sound credit and risk management practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification or degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SME Banking, Retail Banking, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing customer portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly credit and trade finance products.
- Sound understanding of financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and lending processes.
- Ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and customer relationship building.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and cross-selling skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with SME customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
