Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the digital team by analyzing customer behavior and digital product usage to deliver actionable insights that enhance user engagement, optimize platform performance, and guide data-driven strategies. Through the interpretation of key metrics and usage patterns, this role contributes to the continuous improvement of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and overarching business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- A degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Analytics/ Data Science/ IT/ Digital Marketing or a relevant field from a recognized university or professional body.
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience, with exposure in the banking or finance sector.
- Prior experience in handling customer interactions with SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate entities.
- Extensive experience in data preprocessing, model development, and evaluation, with proficiency in machine learning and data analysis using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Skilled in utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate insights.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as general banking policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of marketing and digital banking products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
- IT literacy.
