Job Profile
This position is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and optimal performance of all software applications and digital solutions within the bank, while supporting digital payment systems and emerging fintech innovations to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
The role includes monitoring and resolving application issues, ensuring system reliability, supporting new technology integrations, maintaining security standards, and collaborating with teams to continuously improve application products and services.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/ Financial sector with hands on exposure to business software solutions, application management and support.
- Strong knowledge of application systems, API communications and digital payment ecosystems.
- Comprehensive practical experience in application support, application deployment and maintenance in IT Domain.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Updated knowledge in software processes.
