Position Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating and driving digital initiatives for business customers in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant departments. The role involves gathering business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in testing and monitoring product performance to ensure smooth execution of digital projects. This position plays a key role in enhancing digital experiences and driving adoption of business solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Banking, Business Management Economics or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking / Financial Sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products, especially SME/MSME business products and digital Banking products.
- Experience in handling customer interactions will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of regulatory and general banking policies & procedures
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a clear focus
- Strong people management & ability to influence.
- IT Literacy and analytical knowledge
- Sound knowledge in marketing
- Familiar with MS Office, Power BI
