Position Overview:

This position is responsible for coordinating Leasing products in the Central Region and Head Office. The role involves overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the Leasing products, optimizing performance, and achieving target objectives across the region. This position is assigned with the responsibility of managing the leasing/hire purchase/vehicle loan segments of the credit portfolio of the branch. The job incumbent shall focus on leasing/hire purchase target accomplishment and increasing the credit portfolio with quality leasing/hire purchase. He/she shall liaise with all relevant authorities to disburse the leasing/hire purchase facilities to the customers within a minimum waiting time.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
• A minimum of 5 years’ of experience in the Banking / Financial Sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Clear understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the leasing industry
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
