Job Profile:
This position will carry the delegated responsibility of managing the leasing, hire purchase, and vehicle loan segments of the branch’s credit portfolio. The job incumbent will focus on achieving leasing, hire purchase, and vehicle loan targets while growing the credit portfolio with high-quality facilities. He/she will liaise with all relevant authorities to ensure that leasing, hire purchase, and vehicle loan facilities are disbursed to customers within the shortest possible waiting time.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification or degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SME Banking, Leasing, Retail Banking, Business Development, Credit Operations, or Relationship Management.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, lending, leasing, credit evaluation, and related regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve business targets.
- Sound understanding of financial statement analysis, CRIB procedures, and credit assessment.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end credit and leasing processes, including documentation, disbursement, and portfolio management.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
