Location: Kirulapone (Head Office)
Job Profile:
- Assist Learning & Development and Industrial Relations functions of the Bank.
- Coordinate and administer Training and Development initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations for internal procedures.
- Maintain industrial Relations records.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle ensitive mployee nformation with a high degree of professionalism and onfidentiality.
- Assist in disciplinary and employee relations matters.
- Represent the Bank at Labour Tribunals and other labour-related forums as required.
- Contribute towards achieving departmental objectives through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources Management, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Full or Part Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or a Degree in Human Resources Management will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in coordinating and administering Training and Development programmers.
- Exposure to Industrial Relations activities, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector, would be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work within strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation skills.
