Executive - AS400 System Engineer
Location: Kirulapone (Head Office)
Job Profile:
This position supports the Digital Team by leveraging data and market insights to understand digital product performance, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging consumer and technology trends. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for innovative digital solutions, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university/institute OR a full professional certification from a globally accredited IT professional body.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
- AS/400 administration.
- MiMiX replication.
- Backup and recovery processes.
- Knowledge of customer-focused digital solutions, digital banking products and marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, data preprocessing, model development, and evaluation using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
- Experience in UAT, project management, digital technologies, API integrations, automation, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
