Candidate Profile
- Drafting, reviewing legal contracts, corporate agreements, security documents and assisting Head of Legal to provide recommendations.
- Providing Legal Advices & arrange to obtain appropriate legal information on matters related to litigations and business engagements.
- Preparation and sending of letters of demand, and instituting legal actions including drafting plaints and other related documents.
- File proxies and appearing in Courts on behalf of the Bank.
- Title Checking and preparation of Title Reports, execution and registration of Mortgage Bonds, Lease Agreements, and Deeds of Discharge or any required notarial document.
- Coordinate with Business Teams, Court Officers, Auctioneers, Panel Lawyers and Legal Counsels to manage litigation and credit-related matters.
- Directly supervise & maintenance of case records, obtaining proceedings and journal entries. Supervise maintaining of fee base income records & other related reports.
