Position Overview.
The Deputy Manager Data Center will be responsible for managing the bank’s firewalls, network infrastructure, and information security systems, as well as planning and executing IT Disaster Recovery drills to ensure business continuity. The role also includes administering and monitoring virtualized Windows and RHEL servers, Active Directory, databases, DevOps environments, and the Azure Cloud tenant, while addressing internal and external customer requirements and supporting cross-functional operations as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- Have a minimum of four (6) years of experience in the IT field.
- Exposure in the Banking Industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in following areas will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ICBS will be an added advantage.
- Network administration, firewall management, and information security.
-Virtualization technologies, Database management and DevOps practices, Active directory & O365 management, Data center management, including both cloud and on-premises environments. - Adequate knowledge to support business goals related to soft skills
