Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting and executing digital initiatives for SME customers by gathering business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in testing, and monitoring product performance. Additionally, this role is also responsible for enhancing digital experiences and driving adoption of SME-focused solutions.
Candidate Profile
- A degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Digital Marketing or a relevant field from a recognized university or professional body.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with exposure in the banking or finance sector.
- Prior experience in handling customer interactions with SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate entities.
- A strong understanding of banking products, especially SME/ MSME business products.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as general banking policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of marketing and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
- IT literacy.
