Position Overview:
This position is responsible for identifying customer needs, assisting in digital product development, coordinating product launches, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role is also responsible for analyzing usage patterns and feedback for improvement, preparing reports and presentations for the management, creating training materials for frontline teams, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to track timelines and deliverables.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Analytics/ Data Science/ IT/ Digital Marketing or a relevant field from a recognized university or professional body.
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience, with exposure in the banking or finance sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products especially in digital solutions.
- Good knowledge in regulatory and general banking policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge in marketing and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the knowledge of MS Office/ Power BI.
