Job Profile:
We are looking for a young and energetic individual to lead and manage the bank's product MARCOM to support the bank's aggressive business drive. This role is responsible for managing the MARCOM, supporting and guiding the branch level promotion activities, working closely with the business team in strategizing & planning product campaigns and managing both external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of MARCOM activities. Further, the ideal candidate should engage in product and competitor analytics to support marketing strategizing and decision-making and manage agency relationships with reputed, creative, digital and media agencies.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing or a relevant field from a recognized university or professional body.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector or a reputed financial institution, with proven exposure in managing MARCOM.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in computer applications, digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within deadlines.
- Trilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
