Position Overview:
The Senior Manager – Digital will lead the bank’s digital transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies, data-driven strategies, and innovative solutions. This role is responsible for enhancing the digital customer experience, optimizing operational processes, and driving the development of new digital business models. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of the bank’s digital strategy, aligning with organizational goals and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university or professional body.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector or a reputed financial institution, with significant exposure to digital transformation and technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking products, marketing strategies, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital projects, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration skills.
