SANASA Develepment Bank Ltd Listing of Shares
An application has been made to the CSE for permission to deal in and for a listing of twenty five million one hundred and seventy five thousand three hundred and twenty two (25,175,322) ordinary voting shares being the entirety of the issued and paid up ordinary shares represented in the stated capital of the bank by way of an Introduction.
Subsequent to the completion of the Introduction entire twenty five million one hundred and seventy five thousand three hundred and twenty two (25,175,322) ordinary voting shares will be listed on the main board of the CSE subject to the compliance with Rule 2.1.2 of the Listing Rules of the CSE.
SANASA Development Bank Limited (SDBL) has already complied with Rule 2.1.2 of the CSE Listing Rules of the CSE.
